Project Management & Monitoring
The Project Management and Monitoring Core (PMM) is committed to provide the highest quality project management, monitoring and consulting services for single and multicenter clinical studies in accordance with SOPs, GCPs and appropriate regulatory requirements.
Overview
The PMM core currently provides multi-faceted Data Coordinating Center (DCC) services to seven active, federally funded, multi-center trials. Since its inception, PMM has supported eleven NIH-sponsored multi-site trials, several research networks/consortiums, seven industry-sponsored FDA-regulated trials, and one CDC-sponsored surveillance project. The staff of the Core includes Certified Clinical Research Professionals with an average of 15 years of experience in clinical research and 6 years of experience in project management. PMM has continually demonstrated proficiency in addressing complex regulatory hurdles and in managing large subject volumes, experience in managing an expert review or consensus panel process for diagnostic validation, and success in managing large, multi-site trials.
