What is this service?

MICHR provides customer service for applications it supports. These applications include the following:

  •  CRDW/MSIS
  • Velos
  • OpenClinica
  • REDCap
  • TATUM
  • UMHealthResearch.org

Services include:

  • Vendor management for version releases and upgrades of the application
  • Timely communication of system downtime or other critical issues
  • Escalation and triage of support requests, as appropriate

Customer support is available 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday – Friday

Who can use this service?

Any investigator who needs technical assistance with one of the applications listed above may use this service.
