MICHR is seeking a program lead for mentoring initiatives within the Education & Mentoring Group. This is a faculty position requiring a commitment of negotiated effort per 12-month calendar. The faculty lead will assist the faculty director and the administrative program director with the development and review of mentoring and career development programs and initiatives for faculty, scholars, and trainees both across EMG programs and across the university.
