K Awardees Can Fulfill RCR Requirement With MICHR Course

MICHR is offering a free course for current K-grant awardees, focusing on responsible conduct of research (RCR). This series will help participants identify and address RCR issues in their own research and will satisfy related requirements of the NIH K23 application. Participants will receive mentoring from faculty experienced in RCR areas.

Clinical Trials Migrating to OnCore

A key item on the Clinical Trials Support Office’s “to do” list is transitioning currently active trials under the umbrella of their appropriate Clinical Trials Support Unit into OnCore, the new Clinical Trials Management System. The Clinical Trials Support Office will be partnering with investigators and their teams between October 2017 and July 2018 to migrate non-oncology clinical trials, and oncology trials will begin migrating later in 2018.
