What is this service?
MICHR provides funding to support the development of applied novel statistical methodology that has high potential for advancing clinical and translational research. The goals of this award are to enhance the validity, accuracy or efficiency of clinical and translational research; to foster faculty and trainees in developing new statistical methods; and to provide a resource for generating preliminary data as a foundation for extramural grant applications and publications.

Who can use this service?
Applications are open to faculty from all schools and colleges at the University of Michigan.
When should I contact MICHR about this service?
There is one application cycle per year. Applications for this round of funding are due September 17, 2018 at 5 p.m.
